Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing sequence of specific
poses coordinated with the movements of the breath designed to develop
balance, strength and flexibility.
Level 1 is suitable for the beginner and those familiar with basic
yoga poses. Level 2 classes are designed
for those with an ongoing yoga practice who want to be introduced to more
advanced poses. Modifications and
options will be given for students of all levels. Our yoga classes are a heat-producing,
dynamic, and invigorating form of yoga that is both powerful and
energizing.
Hatha Yoga
An enriching class
suitable for all levels, from 1st-time students to advanced
practitioners. Classes are
progressively sequenced to cultivate awareness of the fundamentals of
alignment which leads to increased energy flow, mental clarity, and peace
of mind. The instruction of this
class is based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
